You have no problem collaborating with other designers, researchers and managers to come up with feasible and easy-to-implement solutions. You are a great communicator and storyteller and like to detail the specifics of each task you complete to your team.

You like to take ownership of one aspect of the project and really put all your energy into coming up with solutions that are feasible to implement.However it seems that companies expect more these days from UX designers and product designers. Corporate UX designer and product designer descriptions today call for someone who can do it all… UX research and UX/UI design.

The competition to get entry level UX roles is growing and at times it can feel hopeless when it comes to pivoting careers or landing your dream UX job.  Not to mention it can be hard to feel confident as a UX designer or product designer if you are only learning via YouTube, Coursera, or the Google UX certification course.
