Okay, so here’s how LinkedIn’s hidden filter system can help you land UX jobs faster in a competitive job market. Did you know that you can hack LinkedIn’s job filter system to work for you?
Here’s How: Step 1- type in “UX Designer” into the search system and click on “Jobs”
Step 2- Under the “Date Posted” click “Past 24 Hours”. This ensures you only apply to the most recent jobs posted so you are first in line within the employer’s ATS system.
Step 3- You can also filter for seniority level and remote job options depending on what you are looking for.
Step 4- Another hack is to apply late at night, so that you are the first on the list to appear to recruiters the next morning.
