UX #18:Why A/B testing on LinkedIn is pivotal to landing a $100K+ UX job in 2026.
Why A/B testing on LinkedIn is pivotal to landing a $100K+ UX job in 2026. Okay, let’s talk about how to continue to game LinkedIn’s filter system to land UX jobs in a competitive market.
Here’s How: Step 1- type in “UX Designer” into the search system and click on “Posts”
Step 2- Scroll through the posts and find UX jobs you are excited about where the hiring manager or recruiter is directly posting about the opportunity.
Step 3- Apply for the job and connect with the hiring manager and/or recruiter. DM them on LinkedIn talking about how you just applied for the role and would love to set up a 15-minute coffee chat.
Step 4- This is the MOST important step. A/B test your DMs- actually do your research on the person and add something personal or funny or relatable. Test what works and what doesn’t. We do this in UX design and it can make or break a product, but it can also make or break the UX career opportunities that come your way.
